SenateSHJ was engaged in 2013 to provide communications planning and support for the rebrand of leadership search company, Executive Appointments, to Ichor Leadership Search.
The bold new identity was a significant departure for the company’s more conservative existing brand. This meant there was a need to communicate the story and vision behind Ichor, while reassuring clients they would receive the same high-quality and consistent service they were accustomed to.
SenateSHJ implemented a six-month communications campaign, with a launch event at its ‘epicentre’. This provided Ichor and clients the opportunity to celebrate the new brand and the company’s evolution. The identity was then embedded over a 12-month period with the Ichor Leadership Series, a collection of articles authored by New Zealand business leaders on the topic of leadership, distributed under the Ichor brand.
