Bronwyn helps clients make high stakes decisions with confidence by connecting them to the voices of community and diverse stakeholders.

An expert in both complex engagement and strategic communication, she loves nothing more than diving in to understand a problem, developing and implementing a strategy, and building trust in the process.

Most recently she has been exploring developments in AI to realise its benefits while ensuring human connection remains at the core of engagement practice.

Bronwyn has been working in the field for over 25 years and extensively for local and state government, government agencies and the private sector across a diverse range of projects crossing energy, health, infrastructure and planning, transport, housing, and sustainability.

She has completed the Engagement Institute Certificate of Engagement and completed further training in deliberative engagement techniques. She was an independent judge for industry awards in 2025 and the independent engagement auditor for the Level Crossing Removal Project Southern Program Alliance Infrastructure Sustainability Council assessment.

She has received an Award for Excellence from the Public Relations Institute of Australia and is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
