Have a question? We’re here to help.
We help create long-lasting and positive change to teams, organisations, systems and societies – to enhance the places in which people live, work and play.
Creating change that sticks
SenateSHJ helps organisations to transform and evolve what they do – and how they do it.
Change is about people. We help create strategies and plans that sustain change, strengthen networks and transform organisations, teams, capabilities and systems – through people.
We help shape and shift culture to improve performance and employee experience. We also support organisations to shape their future state, operating model and structure, and navigate or respond to significant change.
Traditional change management can feel imposed and linear. Our approach is different. We draw on a rich mix of theory and practice to create change that sticks, recognising the diverse experiences that are at play. Our focus is to create the right conditions for change.
A grounded approach
Our practical approach uses social cognitive theory, nudge theory, the theory of planned behaviour and Wilber’s Integral Model. We are accredited in The Four Rooms of Change® which helps individuals and teams to understand, move through and take ownership over the emotional dynamics of change. We also use our proprietary Narrative Wheel™ to help organisations make meaning of their change journey in a way that helps people connect to it.
We bring people together from across systems, teams and roles to help them find shared purpose and momentum. Because lasting change only happens when people change too.
We support robust conversations, guide action, and help people move forward together.
Our team has decades of experience in behavioural and organisational change in a range of settings.
