Chloe is a strategic communications specialist with a background in law, politics and media. At SenateSHJ, she works with clients to navigate complex social issues through inclusive consultation, compelling narratives and evidence-based strategy. Chloe works across the health and social change space, designing campaigns and policies that foster cohesion, counter disinformation and build public trust.
She specialises in crafting behavioural change narratives and managing high-stakes communication challenges, particularly in politically sensitive or polarised contexts. Her approach blends deep stakeholder insight with creative storytelling, ensuring that diverse voices shape policy and communications.
Chloe’s work spans media strategy, narrative design, consultation facilitation and crisis preparedness. She turns strategy into action to support stronger, more informed and resilient communities.
Chloe has a Bachelor of Law and Arts majoring in history from the University of Adelaide.
