At our roundtable earlier this week, I asked a room full of business leaders to rate their organisation’s progress on its AI journey from one to five.
There were no fives. There weren’t even any fours.
Most rated their progress at three, with quite a few twos.
So it’s safe to say corporate Australia still has a long road ahead.
The upside from getting AI transformation right is enormous. But so are the risks of moving too slowly, implementing it poorly, or making mistakes that undermine employee, customer or shareholder trust.
