Co-creating change

Change imposed from the outside rarely lasts. We work with organisations to design change with individuals and communities at its heart, creating momentum that endures.

We partner with communities, organisations, and governments to co-create solutions that are trusted, supported, and sustainable. From inspiring behaviour change to improving health and wellbeing and diverting individuals from paths of radicalisation, we understand what it takes to catalyse meaningful and lasting change.

Co-creating change
Our approach helps governments, organisations and businesses build the understanding, empathy, trust and support needed to deliver change that is embraced rather than resisted. Whether it’s navigating the energy transition or responding to other complex societal challenges such as racism, polarisation or violent extremism we work to create the conditions where change can take hold.

We guide the co-creation of communication where those involved are at the centre. We work with them to break down complexity around highly sensitive issues in a way that helps a broader range of people understand and connect. This approach helps communities, stakeholders, and decision-makers make sense of change, navigate contested spaces, and find shared paths forward.

Engaging diverse communities
Whether its diverse experiences, histories backgrounds or cultures, through deep engagement – including consultations, focus groups, workshops, and co-design processes – we create spaces for honest conversations, shared understanding, and collective action. We understand the impact that collective, individual and intergenerational trauma can have on how we communicate and work with individuals and communities.

By placing collaboration at the centre, we ensure those closest to the challenges help shape the solutions.
