Brendon O’Connor

Brendon is a highly sought after executive coach and skilled facilitator.  

He has an extensive background in advising clients in navigating change, establishing the right goals, operating models, priorities, and programs. He helps clients to understand and own their change experience, and to take the steps required to achieve meaningful change. 

Brendon’s blend of expertise – marketing, communication and storytelling, finance, economics, and commercial strategy – and his experience advising clients in sectors such as professional services, central and local government, and sport and entertainment, means he brings a unique skill set to problem solving and the design and delivery of change. 

Brendon is a past Chair and CEO of SenateSHJ, Director (Consulting) PwC New Zealand, he is an Internationally Certified Results Coach (ICF ACSTH), has an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management (UK) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago (NZ). He facilitated the Strategy Essentials course for the New Zealand Institute of Directors (2013 to 2018).
