Angela Scaffidi AM
Founding Partner and Chair
Angela is SenateSHJ’s head of change. She is one of Australia’s most accomplished and experienced practitioners in organisational change and communication.
She brings deep experience in driving positive change, particularly in health and education. She has led high stakes initiatives for public and private sector clients over the past 20 years.
Angela is a highly skilled communicator and problem-solver who partners with leaders to address their pressing problems. She sees culture and reputation as being intrinsically linked and she often works on engagements that span the two aspects of organisations. She has extensive experience in strategic crisis and issues management.
Angela is a member of Chief Executive Women and is global chair of PROI, the world’s largest international partnership of independent communication firms.
She is one of a small number of practitioners certified in Australia in the Four Rooms of Change®, a methodology used to drive improvement and transformation in large organisations.
Angela is a skilled facilitator. She regularly designs and delivers leadership and board offsites, as well as sector forums often involving hundreds of participants.
Angela chairs The Missed Foundation and is deputy chair of Challenge: supporting kids with cancer. She is the co-chair of the advisory board of secondary school OLMC. She is a Fellow of CPRA and a member of the global professional association, Page.
In 2026, Angela was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia (AM), recognising her significant service to the community through philanthropic initiatives.
